Keep the company stamp safe.  Many many company documents, applications, invoices and receipts may require a company stamp to verify them.   The Ministry of Labour will need the company stamp.  Immigration or Dubai Naturalisation & Residency Department will need the company stamp.  Your suppliers may want to see the company stamp on your company documents.

The company stamps come in many shapes, sizes and colours.  The most common ones are either round, square or rectangular.  You can find many shops which make these, usually within a day or so for a cost of between AED 80 and AED 150.  The cost should not be much more than this so shop around if you’ve been given a higher quote.  Sometimes your PRO will help you with this but they will charge for their time (although if you have used a company to help you set-up your business the cost may be included – always check).

The information on the stamp should include your company name in Arabic and in English.  This information will be taken from the trade license so double check that it is correct before leaving the shop.

You need to provide a copy of your trade license and your Emirates ID or passport.

Keep the company stamp safe and do not allow others to use it without your express authorisation.
