IACAD INNOVATION LABORATORY

The IACAD innovation laboratory brought together a group of donors and mosque patrons to monitor and analyse the needs of their community.

IACAD brings together donors and mosque patrons in a meeting

The Customer Service Department of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai organized  a meeting called (an IACAD innovation laboratory) for donors and mosque patrons within the framework of analyzing needs, expectations and suggestions of the participating groups, which in turn contribute to the process of continuous improvement of the services.

“IACAD is continuously striving to raise the expectations of its customers and meet their needs to be the pioneering of the Islamic community services in Dubai. The Innovation Lab gathered donors and mosque patrons to monitor their needs, expectations, and observations in order to improve the services provided by IACAD to the concerned groups. As well as exploring various points of view that may support the process of positive change.” Adel Jumaa Matar, Director of the Customer Service Department, said.

Nouf Ibrahim Al-Madani, Head of Donor Relations section, confirmed that the donors and mosque patrons showed their full interaction by exchanging various opinions by answering various questions that dealt with multiple aspects, such as the most important services and the best appropriate methods for providing services.

Al-Madani explained that a set of observations were taken into account, in addition to presenting a set of suggestions that would make a significant change in the way the services provided to the participating groups.

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is committed to the precautionary plan. It will continue providing its services to the public to meet their needs.
